Nathan did an amazing job on a bike my son bought second hand. Needed a tire replaced. He did not try to over sale him, took inventory on everything, listed recommendations, costs, what he could put off and what was critical. When he picked up the bike it looked amazing. I can’t say enough about the service! I went in to have my kid’s tires replaced. They offered to take that bike as a donation and gave me a bike from that has been donated! Bike is in great shape and my daughter was so excited! I will only go to Trek for all my biking needs
I was very unsure about the bike that best fit my needs and felt a little intimidated to walk into a bike shop when prices for some of the bikes are in the 1000s. The expert that helped me out was Mike. He asked me the right questions, showed me some options and made sure I knew the team was there in case of any issues. I purchased my first Trek bike this weekend. The team at Trek Bicycle Houston Memorial were fantastic. If you're in the market for a bike these guys are top notch. I got fixed up with a new e-Caliber mountain bike, and I am so far very pleased. They also helped us pick out a bike for my son. Carlos, Mike, Dylan and the rest of the guys are very experienced and knowledgeable about all things cycling related. We will definitely be going back for future tune ups and purchases. They helped me do a great restomod on my 2005 Litespeed Ghisallo.
Great customer service. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Dylan was amazing and guided me through all the options to buy a bike for my husband's birthday. The whole process felt like asking a friend for advice about what bike to buy and not like just trying to make a sale. The rest of the team were very friendly as well and even allowed me to pick up the bike a week after it arrived to the store to not ruin the surprise. I would definitely recommend this store and will be getting all the accessories and services from them.
